Hi, I’m Hina and I get it.
For over a decade, I've been navigating the world of special needs parenting — the ER visits, the hospitalizations, the therapies, the IEPs, the endless appointments, and everything in between. It's the hardest job I've ever had. And for a long time, I carried it mostly alone.
That experience is exactly why I became a certified life coach.
I specialize in supporting moms and caregivers of children with special needs, neurodivergence, medically complex conditions, and rare diseases — because I know firsthand how isolating and exhausting this journey can be. My job is to give you the tools, the clarity, and the support to not just survive it, but actually feel like yourself again.
Over the years I've hosted support groups and workshops for special needs moms — creating spaces where caregivers can breathe, connect, and feel less alone. Seeing what happens when moms finally feel seen and supported is what drives everything I do.
I hold a degree from UC Irvine, am a certified member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Coaching Training Alliance (CTA), and serve as a CHOC Children's Hospital Ambassador.
I live in Orange County with my husband, two kids, and our cat. This work isn't just my career — it's personal.
